Reality said:generalization is part of life, whether you're NA, JP, white, black, latino, whatever
everyone makes generalizations and assumptions about everyone
what would you do as an employer if you had two guys apply for a job opening, you know nothing about either guy other than what they looked like (you haven't interviewed either person, only seen them when they dropped off their resume)
one guy had his arms tattooed from the wrist to his biceps
the other guy was clean shaven, and had zero tattoos
which guy are you gonna call back for an interview? the guy with tattoos could potentially be a MUCH better job candidate but based on what you know as a person, people who plaster tattoo's all over their bodies are more likely to be a troubling individual than someone who's got zero tattoo's
JP's who've had multiple bad parties with NA's, are obviously gonna make the generalization that the majority of NA's suck at this game (and btw, that's a fact that I've learned in my damn near 600 days of playtime), and they'd rather not take a chance at letting an NA prove themselves as being good when they can just grab a japanese player (maybe even someone they know personally) and party with them without the risk of problems
don't act like generalizing only happens on the internet
I'd pick the tatoo'ed guy since were working at a tatoo parlor, and he knows enough about them since he's gotten quite a few. Neener neener.
And then I might actually read the resume. I hear those state the applicant's credentials. Who'd a thunk.
