Your caps scares me when I first wake up ; ;
It's shouldn't be too big, the Sig rules are 500x200 and thats 500x182, I can still shrink it a tad if you want. If you want you can try using this and see if it works (without the first / in IMG)

Have you tried something along the lines of making the character move and the background coordinate with it? Wonder how hard that'd be to pull off, just out of curiousity mostly
