Thadeus has peoples respect (another abstract concept that has no meaning under the law) because he's a particularly honourable player. If he were to do this kind of thing, he wouldn't have that respect, and THEN he would get flamed. It's because he has that respect that you don't think he'd get flamed...

And Necrosis only said that he was trying to get the experience back when asked why he'd lost even more experience wheen he's been specifically told not to level BST. In another part of the post he also says that he never used the BST job at all and that all of the EXP loss was due to the character's owner logging it in dangerous spot.

Sote has at least leveled a job all by himself, not in a solo ingame sense, as in he started from Level 1 and got to Lv.74 just like everyone else. Having someone else level ONE of his jobs isn't such a freakin horrible thing. He's leveled other jobs without someone doing it for him, why is one job such a big deal?

Necrosis was asked to level Sote's Ninja. Was offered 10,000,000 In game currecny units for said task.

Above was the agreed upon, 'verbal' contract. Anything beyond those two lines above is a breech of contract.

You cannot argue using the BST or mules was inside said contract because it was not stated. That's about as logical as saying "A cat is a dog, because it's not a giraffe."

To go the other way, all actions leading to the completion of said task are indeed allowed. I.E. If I need to warp to a town and gather supplies, or head to an exp location, etc... Those are considered to be in the range of completing your task. "A lion is a cat, because it's in the Feline family."

There are a couple of flawed arguments going on here.

How does this relate to the situation at hand?

1) Well, at some point, Necrosis had to weigh out a couple of things to come to the conclusion that exploiting his friend was a much better idea than helping him.

2) Sote felt his time in game was a waste seeing that if a friend would do this to him, god only knows what a stranger would do. Thus it was time to leave, the game no longer provided him with pleasure.

3) Kisada derived pleasure through the minute amount of vindication he achived be telling off Necrosis.

Now the consequences:

If necrosis had not exploited Sote's trust, Sote would still be playing, and thus Kisada would be happy, and not be telling off Necrosis [RHS]

In other words. Necrosis should have thought about his own actions before he acted upon others' actions.

An aquaintance of mine once said a valuable thing:

Where it may not seem like much to you, it may mean a great deal to others.
