That new school of player, they're called "gimps". How much do people pay for 3-4 agi again? What about the HP? STR? DEX for crits? (Is dex the determining crit ability for ranaged?)
You don't pull hate that much? You must have great gear. The RNG I party with every day pulls hate every fight. Every slug shot pulls hate. Most barrages pull hate. You and your underleveled subjob are leet.
The point is, if you're cheap and lazy enough to gimp yourself by not doing something as easy as leveling a sub, then you're probably going to gimp yourself in other areas too. Gear, food, *skill*. Afterall, leveling a sub is free minus the cost of food and nin tools.
ahem, i see your brd is only 60 something, you dont know me so you sir must be leet.
my rng is 75 my nin is 37.
This is before pre patch almost 1yr and 6 months ago..
Reality another founder of the JOB ranger and I used to PT frequently...
How many people do you know that sub nin for STR?
3 shadows is enough to get hate pulled off of you, if you need more than three shadows then
1. your tanks sucks
2. your doing too much dmg at once
3. you havent learned your lesson from dying all the times you would have before.
Agi now doesnt play that much of a big role as a 75 taru rng..
with all my agi equipment on, standing 5.5 charecters from the mob using a Hellfire.. i still do.. 500-800 dmg.. and miss more than hit.
my nin sub gives me about 75 hp. to me, 75hp isnt going to help you if you have a tank who is not going to be able to take hate from you, and your getting hit for.. 250 crits and 150 reg. not including if you did one of those moves you probably gave it some TP.. lets take sickle slash for example, you'll die, IMO.
i use yellow curry sushi ambrosia,
before it was all +1 foods.. because its not that hard to walk to the AH and buy food :| even if i was lazy.
I believe i have the second best possible equipment for rng in the game.. only because i didnt get sea when i had the chance.. deathchild IMO has a better set..
to get back on topic and not to hijack the thread, Yes its important to have a fully leveled sub for these reasons.
spells you might miss out on, accuracy bonuses, MP HP, and to put at ease the minds of people who have enough skill to cover the shitty sub.
