Libara got his YYR within my old end-game linkshell because he needed it. He showed up, blended in well with everyone and proved to be reliable, so he was given one. A main function of SMNs in any end-game linkshell is to do damage on large fights. Libara did this fine even without WHM sub. Sure, /WHM is useful, and in some of the smaller farming situations and the bigger fights where the HNMs use status effects, we could have used it, but hey, he did the main job that needed to be done, and YYR helped him in doing so.

People level multiple subjobs to increase thier value to a party, and increase thier invites also.

By choosing to have 1 available subjob, Libara chooses to remain LOW VALUE, his value to an xp party is diminished and thus gets less invites.

Exactly. I disagree with the fact that he is /RDM sub only, but to each his own. /WHM is infinately better in experience parties, but again, he is taking on that risk of getting no invites. The person who does invite him should be aware of this, and if the /RDM is accepted, you should be kicking yourself for inviting a SMN/RDM, instead of complaining on a public forum. Personal preference does not necessarily translate into LACK of skill. I don't think he should be flamed because of the lack of foresight on the part of the PT lead.
