woulda been straight if maybe you guys woulda "split" the drops... maybe gave them the osode and ya'll keep the rest.
the wallet, from your reference, has gone away if you never recover it; so figuratively, it has depopped.
like the question i've posed to daveman, what wrong would have happened if OH went on to finish their D2's and let BoL finish wiping? sure, there were other choices available ranging from splitting items or helping them out, but obviously those were put on the backburner when greed came into play.

If my wallet will never be found, I couldn't care less if someone took the cash out of it. If my wallet dropped in the subway, if it was not stolen, it would likely be returned to me. That is the nature of the law. Hence if an owner cannot be found the property reverts to the person who found it.

for the purpose of this argument, as admitted by your LS leader, by BoL, they did wipe. If we simply let Kirin depop, would that have gotten a pole or osode for BoL? No. BoL was out of the picture. They weren't coming back into this fight until we killed all their pops for them and then handed them Kirin over. All there was, was us, and a unclaimed NM. What you're saying is we should have let the unclaimed NM respawn, simply because.. we didn't cause it to pop. That is just wasteful.

Why would they be, if you believe that by wiping and being unable to recover, you believe that your fight it over, what was taken from BoL except for their pride?

Failing to help someone in need makes you merely indifferent. It is not good or bad. We are not posting here saying what we did was great and we deserve medals. We are posting here defending ourselves as not thieves. As such the burden is on the accusser to prove we are in fact thieves, not us to prove we are saints.
