but we know that it was to prove Itachi wrong :P since he says "I'll gain power in my own way." He's trying to defy Itachi and prove he doesn't need to do anything Itachi did and whatnot..

I don't care though, the entire Uchiha clan needs to die. They're all boring overpowered numb nuts :| KILL EM ALL!!
 
At the end of this chapter, The dog guy hav changed A LOT o.O; I didn't recognize him at first... I love how they brought in the other team though :D I like that team. I've been sad up untill now that you haven't got to see more of them ^^;
 
Now, the question remains.. will Kishi build on NaruHina... or will Hina be mute more and have it still allude towards NaruSaku :P

I thought that Kishimoto drew Akamaru small again, and he was just close up to the "Camera."

Then I realized Kiba was actually sitting on him.
 
This thread is spoiling me because I'm not looking for anything untill Tym posts... lol Now I find 2 more manga chptrs and 3 more TV episodes! D=

Wow-wee. Way to go Studio Pierrot.

They fucked up the animated introduction of Morning Peacock, opting to put the camera behind Kisame's body double, rather than from the ground looking up, or atleast behind Gai. So the flames flickering off Gai's hands looked absolutely nothing like Peacock feathers in the end.

Whats next, changing Chidori's sound to sound like barking dogs?
 
Lol, and look at how many chapters of the manga this episode took up :P about one.. a little over one (but barely). So annoying, but that's mostly cause I really wanted to see what's coming next week explaining about the Jinchuuriki and Sakura's reaction.

And ya.. but maybe they're gonna have more Morning Peacock later?

seems they're splitting up :P isn't that interesting. And Hinata is with Naruto. I don't see a romantic kinda interest coming soon, but a bit in the future, prolly. I first see my idea of Naruto being captured happening :P I mean.. they are split up. Though I see Deidara and Tobi dying soon T.T that makes me a sad panda. I <3 Deidara and Tobi... this should be fun though.
 
I doubt Tobi is doomed, we know nothing of his abilities. Deidara very likely is. The only reason he's around is because Kakashi effectively missed in their previous battle. Also, Naruto is pretty safe until Kyuubi is all thats left to extract IMO.

Also, you can't leave out Itachi and Kisame, after all, Kisame asked Itachi if he was okay with Deidara going after Sasuke as a proxy for his previous job of going after Orochimaru. If Deidara is going after Sasuke, Itachi could come and defend Sasuke, since Sasuke hasn't achieved what Itachi wants him to do. Which could then roll into Itachi and Sasukes showdown.

Then theres the chance for Orochimarus resurfacing.

Theres certainly a lot of possibilities in this arc, and depending on how Kishi goes with it, could mean the story is going to end in a few more.

Aw... Why Deidara... I like him, He's too funny when he's with Tobi, plus, being a mad artist bomber is the most original thing I've ever seen XD

I don't seen NaruHina coming at up for awhile in this arc. Naruto is FAR too focused on Sasuke/Itachi right now. And if Kishi does

Hinata: Naruto, I love you!
Naruto: Really? Let's go out!
Hinata: yay!

kinda thing, I'll be pissed :| lol. I really am hoping Deidara doesn't die and same with Tobi. They both need to live and be comic relief for the rest of the series :P it could go down that Deidara does try to go after Sasuke, Itachi intervenes. Deidara goes to Akatsuki and tries to get other members to counter, Akatsuki doesn't care, Deidara gets pissed and leaves and joins Konoha group for the soul purpose of revenge and then be comic relief :D (and Tobi just tags around cause he's funny). Granted, that really is doubtful but another possibility. Not a great way, really.. but maybe not joining Konoha, just being his independant ya...

And I see Sasuke x Whore With Glasses (Karin) happening, Naruto x Sakura (come on.. it's a SHOUNEN manga after all :P main hero and main heroine always go together), Ino x Sai (if he's not ghey), Temari x Shikamaru (dur :P), and Hinata x Kiba (if anyone). But, ah well. Kishi said he really hasn't cared to focus on relationships as is.

I'm still hoping for Naruto being captured, rescue him and come in time to stop it from completing so Naruto doesn't die but now has more control over Kyuubi chakra or they come too late and Kakashi has to do the jutsu of Chiyo's to bring Naruto back (the sharingan was opened, it's not a bloodline ability, he copied it :P). That'd be quite dramatic I say. But, again, as Skaw said.. there are TONS of possibilities and it's all up to how Kishi handles it.

Wait, I tought Itachi wanted Sasuke to aquire the Magenhadokenkiou Sharingan and he did it. In his own way, but did it anyway. Is there another thing he wanted Sasuke to achieve?
 
He never really stated EXACTLY wanting Sasuke to achieve that eye.. but he just wants Sasuke to be a worthy match.. someone to truly test his abilities. At least, that's all I've gathered from it.

And I doubt Itachi would come to the rescue since he would see that as a weakness and if Sasuke can't beat Deidara on his own, he's not worth the bother to fight.

not much to say other than in the next chapter deidara is going to get owned.

I hope he runs into sasuke just because we really haven't seen his entire arsenal yet, including his cursed seal abilities.

Sasuke, as far as readers know, hasn't achieved Mangekyo Sharingan. Hence why I stated Itachi might fend off any Akatsuki member who attempts to cut that goal short.
 
But, he'd never come to rescue Sasuke.. that's not Itachi's character. His thinking would prolly be "if my foolish little brother can't beat even one as weak as he, than he's not worth it" otherwise.. shouldn't have Itachi been always watching Sasuke in the shadows and pouncing out when he's in dire trouble? lol.. I just don't see Itachi ever coming to fend off anyone from Sasuke.. unless he was coming to fight Sasuke himself. Which that might happen, but the way you said it made it seem like fend off cause he wants to protect his little brother until his brother has more power :P

Well, Sasuke attempted to kill him once before, and Itachi didn't do anything to him but break his hand and rape his mind. If he didn't think to kill him at that point personally, he wouldn't want him dead now either.
 
well, Itachi wasn't done with Sasuke when Jiraiya started to bring out his guns. We do know Itachi likes to be cruel so I think he wanted to torture Sasuke. He might have intended to kill him slowly but Jiraiya stopped. we can't be too sure. I just.. really don't see Itachi coming to Sasuke's rescue.. lol
