Does Sasuke have it or not? I really can't remember/tell, from this episode it seems like he does.

I think he wonders if Sasuke has a Sharingan like Itachi's is what he means :P not Sharingan in general (I hope XD)
 
He has Sharingan, but uses it differently, Itatchi is a Genjutsu type, whilst Sasuke is a Taijutsu type, so they make use of their Sharingan differently.
 
I finaly caught up to chapter 359 ^^. must say ... im impress by everything that happens on from where the anime is on atm... Sai is awsome. Naruto's Fuuton Rasengan is sexy..

I thought that was because of the sharingan stage Itachi is @. If i recal correctly, when he was @ Sasuke's stage he didint use genjutsu... and Kakashi doesnt use genjutsu unless hes using Mangekyo(sp?) Sharingan
 
Yea there could still be a third generation of the Mangekyou and that's up to Sasuke/Kishimoto to decide. Other than that sasuke can only go up to the third Tomoe of his Sharingan but he still made a fool out of Deidara.

No, Itatchi is a genjutsu-type ninja, he's really skilled with them and his magenkyou seems to reflect that skill. They already said how he's a genjutsu type, they just didn't show him using them before he wiped out his clan. Kakashi isn't a genjutsu type and neither is sasuke, which is why they don't use it a lot. Kakashi has used it before though, it's just not his main skill.
 
Ya, Kakashi = Ninjutsu more so (it seems), Itachi = Genjutsu, and Sasuke = Taijutsu (with a bit of ninjutsu). I'd imagine if there is another person with a mangekyo sharingan kinda eye (Itachi said if Sasuke achieved it he'd be the third making, at the time, Itachi the second and someone before him the first... hmm).. I wonder if his eye is a master of all Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and taijutsu kinda thing.. hmmm that'd be kinda really overpowered :P but that's what sharingan is.. a dull overpowered ability XD
