Am I the only one who fails to see the manipulation going on here? Did people really take Nox's topic seriously? I mean, really? It doesn't even make sense and was incredibly vague (come to this forum and post stuff, basically). It's not like he offered you a handjob or something to go join his secret forum or anything, lol. It's more like "Punk'd" than anything. He lures you over there to "cause havoc" but tells the people in advance so they play along. Where's the conspiracy?

Only this isn't Punk'd Rappa. Manipulation... when someone tells you one thing when they are intending/truly meaning something different. Not that hard to see in that post. He told a group of people their purpose was to raise cain and rile things up when the only reason they were being brought over was to add traffic. In the scheme of things, is it earth shattering? No. I truly don't give a shit what he does with other sites, and I wouldn't have been one of the ones jumping over there to "make things interesting." I give a shit about this site and these people, and I'm irked that they felt the need to lie to get traffic. It's really not a lot to ask that someone just be straight with you.

I give a shit about this site too. But so far the only repercussions to having Nox join are everyone obsessing over his sexy abs and us getting a really nice new layout. I don't give 1/100th of a shit about their other sites and what they do or don't do there. If they wanted a little "scheme" to draw some traffic and people were dumb enough to fall for it, I don't care. Let's reserve flaming them until it affects us (see my old flame about Reeve, there was actually a problem with OUR site in that case and look, it got fixed).
