This is rediculous. If anyone has a problem with anyone else to the point that people have with kinker, its easily solved by what rappa did which is to put her on ignore. Kinker, you can do the same thing, and just put people on ignore... there, problem solved. If you cant see what is being said, then no one on either side will feel a need to respond to it.

As for posting pm's of anyone, well thats just kinda shitty. PM's need to remain private, otherwise the whole 'pm us if you have a problem' becomes moot. whats the point of pm's if they dont remain private?

I'm leaving this one to the vets. Shaunessy & Shintroy, I can't remember the entire storm that revolved around and caused their respective bannings. Pere was canned for - if I'm not mistaken - several months of flamebaiting that, while usually in the correct forum, was simply harrowing to most readers.

I don't think Kink is quite up their alleys yet¹, and as for the sockpuppet thing she was given the warning by Elei which can be seen in the PMs.

¹ = this is what I'm leaving to the vet mods, their judgment > mine particularly when basing on past scenarios

Ya know my husband is a lawyer right? Hmmm wonder if I can sue? It might be interesting to set a precedent for making private correspondence public without the other party's consent. I'll have to have him check first to see if there is a case already on the books somewhere. I'm willing to bet there is.

The fact that it is called a private message by this site implies that I would have a reasonable expectation for a representative of this site to keep it private. I think I'm gonna see how the powers that be here respond before I get jiggy, tho.

Oh it won't be pressing charges lol. It's not a crime, so to speak, but a tort. I really don't think that the administration here would approve or support their mods posting PM's, (but that remains to be seen) so what I'm talking about is a civil suit against a single person. The only problem is how to prove damages, but I'm sure my lawyer, after looking at this, will be able to determine what they are.

When he posted part of the pm and I voiced my extreme displeasure, he was informed that I did not consent. Him posting more means that he didn't give a shit if I consented or not. He violated my implied right of privacy and he did it out of spite, why not sue him out of spite? Nasty begets nasty.
