Question about Account Giva-way.

I don't wanna sell it, I don't want it myself, ...collecting dust in the infinite space of hell...I can't use it myself anymore I dont really got the money to pay for a second account...BUT

I figure, I'll just give it away, but dunno if I'd be allowed to post something like that here, wanna make a thread(again wouldnt know where to put it on QCDN even if I was allowed to)...asking people who'd be interested in the account.

Not just some random ppl, want legit people that wont just take it then turn around make a quick buck selling it. Like someone that got their account stolen, or hacked/SE wont restore it...or maybe some friends(Have yet to talk to ppl who dont actually live outside the US).

I'd just want the expensive gear thats on it after it's reactivated(Heralds/Breeze Ring). Getting close to 6 months since i deactivated the account, it's either give it away as a present, or SE will get rid of it either/or...prefer to have the things on it before it's deleted and I just dont got the $$$ to keep it active. So this best way to get it, as well as make someone a very happy person.

Insite pls Audino/Miros/others...or what would I be allowed to post/if I was allowed to post, and possible suggestions of people who might of had their account hacked or something else?

They don't delete accounts as soon as the 6 months is up for the record. My account was deactivated for nearly a year at one point.

Still wanna get rid of it, was given to me by my roomate( I was originally payn the fees before he quit) and I really don't care to manage 2 accounts.

So reguardless getting rid of it~rather it be delete or Giving away. He won't be coming back, moved to Canada with some girl, he won't be back assured lol. He said to give it to 'some random fool who wants to try to be a better corsair than I was." lol

I would truthfully prefer if you handled the giving away of accounts and whatnot in PMs or e-mails to your close friends on game. I don't think it would be a good thing to start getting people to come here to beg for people's accounts. :S That's just me though!

You could always just give me all your gil and expensive stuff so I can sell it and sit on a mountain of gil! <_<;

Naw, nothing bad came from this. I really would like to hear from people both staff and non staff regarding their view though.

I don't think it's a good thing to have this kinda stuff on here, since it's blatantly against the ToS (then again, so is "two people playing characters on the same Content ID", but that's retarded just the same).

As some members would be so keen to point out; we're hypocrites in that regard because windower talk is mostly ignored. =\

RMT is against the ToS, is the giving away of accounts against the ToS? I don't know... I'd say probably. User stigma follows newbs that buy accounts, not experienced players that know the game and just want to play solo by duo'ing characters.

Like Miros said, I don't want people to come here looking for accounts, begging on the boards. I would prefer this stay in PMs with personal friends or the use of blogs. Essentially, keep it out of the forum so other people don't have to put up with the crap.

Note: No, I personally have no problems with people playing other people's accounts. Clearly.

Edit: I'll figure i'll give a little more opinion on the matter. As Miros/Arc have said, we obviously don't want people coming here to start begging for accounts. That also said if you want to give up your account that is completely your business. However, until/unless you start asking for money for compensation, it remains your business. It isn't something we will want to see a lot of on the boards, and is still most likely best kept to PMs.

Already had Propagandi(spelling?) Ask before you. =( Gave a good reason too, his wife might start playn and might give her more incentive to not have to start at the complete absolute bottom(we all know it sucks to do limit breaks/finding people for it etc...) & being able to start off helping/doing Dynamis with her friends and the sort, instead of wait 6 months to start doing the fun stuff.

Anything bad about him that would not want me to hand over? Or is he a all round good fellow?
