Saturday my folks take me, my brother, and his wife downtown to eat (Stine was at home sick and recovering...yes I picked her up some food.)

We get to the joint, a barbecue place with a bar, and go in to get a table. While the hostess was cleaning off our table, this woman pushes her way past my Dad to get to the bar. She had in one hand, numerous shopping bags from Banana Republic, The Sharper Image, Saks, etc., and her "clutch". In the other hand, was an iPhone.
 
OH, the microsoft one? my friend in school has one and lost it...it looks cool
 
It is a piece that microsoft made to contend, or try to contend with the iPod. Now with the iTouch out with a bigger screen the Zune is still shitty.

No, i'm not gay (yet at least. I've still got some years left for it to over take).

The manager at the Hollywood video that my store is attached to has an iPhone. He says his life would be a mess without it. I can't imagine it helps *that* much, but to each his own i suppose.

A Clutch is a form of purse that doesn't really have a strap, except an awkward one on the zipper. You pretty much have to carry it all the time.

I have Executives at work who said the same damn thing about their Tréos, and they say it about their Blackberries now. Only one of them whines about Mac products (or lack thereof, because all the other execs in the world have 'em...).

no no, i knew what a clutch was too...its what happens when your girlfriends take you to coach every friggen day...to see the same shit...over and over...but yeah

Iphone isn't that great...its actually quite shit...look at the crappers battery life

On-topic: I'd take the Voyager over the iPhone (but that's because Verizon Wireless members can't get the iPhone). The Voyager does have nice color options, though. Mac products seem like something people pay a lot of money for to be trendy - not that there's anything wrong with that! :)
 
I think Matt from ThreePanelSoul summed it up nicely.
"It's something I use every day, but I wouldn't pay for it" or pay that much anyway.
