Thanks though... i wish you guys the best.. ask uzor... in a flame thread where ithenas followed me and started saying more shit, me and uzor got in a nice convo.. and i absically said i really had no problems with the LS beside the LS bank,..... i said many times that proph was a good elader, he got shit done.... got people gear... but the bank just kept naggin at me..

The problem with OH from the start is prophecy determines who gets gear and not a point system.
A point system at least gives a gaurantee to people that if they work hard they will get points and will get gear.
I will admit I wasn't at all the events OH had (mostly because I had school during a couple of their days) but mostly it was because I never really had any clue if there would be any reward down this road.
Just take a look how my track record changed when I joined BoLSF... only missed one day and spent over 100hrs in sky since I left over a month ago...
Unless you truly 100% believe in Prophecy there is no motivation to do work in Outterheaven. Because someone that joins and works there ass off for 1 week will still get ahead of you for items if you dont work as hard as the new guy...
Blackmagik brought up an excellent point which I always could never figure out myself since there was no rules to govern it... Where does all this LSBank money and items go when the shell breaks? Are you assuming it never will break? Maybe you have rules for this now, but they didn't exist when I was there.
When I think of Outterheaven the only word that comes to mind is "sweatshop".... and I commend the members that enjoy working this type of LS, but to me FFXI is not meant to be a job.

Deci can say the same for me.. .since the start of the shell ive missed 2 runs that were on weekends for Ulli in which i was xping... i thin ive been in shell about 2 weeks andd have 35 points (which is not 35 hours, since during god pop days and kirin, 2 hour = 1 point, not 1 point = 1 hour)
just a note, we are running a points system, the bank is still around so that points can be spent on gil, and i'm keeping track of how much money flows in and out of the bank. so enough w/ the bank shit plz it's getting old

You just keep making more and more shit up. The only times I ever unequipped my OH pearl on Stouter or Lucylittle was of and on the few days after Proph's hissie fit about dynamis over fafnir, when we did no events and the shell was just people bitching about the ls bank, and then again for a couple hours after the Cassie MPK event.
