as I'm posting this... I'm wondering why I just spent countless of hours reading through all the 54 pages of useless, meaningless posts sicne that's what 90% of this thread consists off.
and then I realised, I'm bored. Sadly, reading this thread only made it slightly better. so w/e.
Anyway, here's my 2 gil/cent
I wasn't here when the incident mentioned in the begining of the thread happened since I've been on a vacation for the last 8 days, but that was very low of you Dua. You didn't even spend half the ammount of time as the second-worst attender did, which is to say a lot.
Personally, I think you deserver shit. That's even worse then my attendance at school, which was about 66% total time, which almost got me to fail every course at school. But since MOST of my teachers know I can do better, and have seen how I work from previous years, they didn't. But I did get a nice warning.
Now, I could go and force the teachers to raise my grades because I think I deserve it, but w/e, I accept the fact that my attendance was poor and move on.
And yes, I realise it's not the same since this happened in RL and you stole an item in the game, but I atleast hope you partly understood what I ment.
The way OH work is that you have to work in order to earn anything. Which is something you simply did not do. In this way it is very much like a point system. With a point system, you have to attend to LS events in order to get points, otherwise you will get shit. the points are your checks that you turn in to get things.
in OH, we have a LS bank. You have to attend to LS events in order to get things. The reward is that you get abjurations and other things to make you and the LS stronger. If a WHM gets a noble's tunic, it doesn't only make himself stronger, but also the LS as a whole. Eventually, we will be able to take stronger and stronger enemies.
The reason we did sky so often was because Prophecy wanted to get sky over and done with as soon as possible, because everyone was pretty much tired of sky. Sadly, this also made a lot of members tired rather fast, which made them quit/take a break. Which eventually lead to recruiting more members, which eventually ment we had to do even more sky runs.
Personally, I think this might not have been a very smart move of Prophecy, and I think he realise that himself, even if he doesn't want to admit it. However, Prophecy is a great LS leader in many ways, and is in no way selfish as many of you make it seem. I have got a Noble's Tunic, Zenith Pumps, Zenith Slacks and Crimson Cuisses, total worth of about 18 mil or so I would guess last time I checked. This is more then I even asked for. And many of the members have got a lot of items.
During the time we've been an active LS, we've cleared several O-Hat runs, several BQring runs, several DM runs, camped Behemoth, Fafnir, Nidhog and killed a few of them. Killed all gods more times then I can even count, claimed countless of the lower grounds HNM's, cleared all Dynamis areas except for Beaucedine and Xarcabard that we're doing next week, and propaply other things that I unfortunately have not been able to attend.
Now, to answer some of the questions. Liefe, Proph ddn't only create OutterHeavenEX because the times collided with LS event times, but because most members were sick and tired of the way DynamisPants was run and how it performed on runs. For one, you rarely took your time to go over what to do in each run in a good way, which caused much confusion during the runs and caused us to wipe several times. This is something Prophecy do. He explain most strategies in an excelent way, even though he might not be the best typer we understand him and execute orders by the best of our abilities. And like I said, he started is because many of our members didn't want to participate in DynamisPants anymore because most of us (including me) was tired at wiping over and over, not getting anything out of it other then lost exp, gil, and time.
On another note, Decidence, you might have had good participation during the time you was with us. But it doesn't change the fact that you were, most of the time, rude, and enjoyed fighting with others. Which very well may not be a good reason alone to dislike you. I like you, and I respect you for your oppinions and play style, and you are no doubt good, but you tend to overreact, and in this thread lie. Because the cloak Prophecy had (you mentioned it several pages back) was lent out to Prophecy by Damita. Damita later took it back, and Prophecy synthed his own. with his own gil, if you want to know.
And to the countless of others posting in here with no real idea how OH is run, organized, distributed, or how it works on a social level, stop posting since you're not contributing to any thread in a possitive way (not possitive in the way that it helps our side, but possitive in the way that it actually leads somewhere). I won't stop you from posting personal oppinions, since that's each and every members right to post. And I will gladly read through them and respect your oppinions, but if you're going to post bullshit that's not even true about how OH runs, you might aswell not post at all.
And if you're an old member of OH, feel free to post how it was up to the time you LEFT, since we alwaylittle/Stouters try to evolve the way our distribution system works, and lately Lucy, Ithenas, Prophecy and several other members have been working on a point system that now have been introduced. The point system is open to suggestions and have been thouroughly discussed in both the LS and message board.
now, to Stouter, Myihta, Zanderhiziand, and anyone else that have left lately (except for Dua), good luck to you and hope you enjoy your new LS. It was great fun to play with you. You contributed a lot to the LS, and I hope you'll enjoy the game more then you did with us, because you sure as hell deserve it.

Yea... Liefe your a good player and all, but when it comes time to lead mass runs. This is not your field. IE. First DynamisPants Widnurst run, i asked if we could go over the route run, like Svina did. You replyed "Look at the website". (I already knew the route run, this was for all the new ppl in DP, and belvie me there was ALOT of new people). imo Liefe that really dosnt cut it, i mean who actually reads the website. Let alone understand it. especially for the newer people, i feel you should of took your time with going over stuff like Svina did, even if we were 3hrs late.
I only came to 5 DP runs, then realized that shell really sucked. Im sure a lot fo people felt the same way. Im not saying, if was your fault, maybe it was just coincidence a lot of newer folks decided to sign up and the past DP didnt, who knows.
