This is for the Campaign crowd.

Swearing at someone and using a swear word while talking to someone aren't the same thing. That being said, It sucks but not everyone is virtuous. There's nothing you can really do about it but prepare yourself as much as you can in the event no one comes to help you and bite it if it happens, you can't change people. I can think of many situations where people have passed me over and not raised/cured me, but at the same time they're not obligated to either. It is a courtesy but it's also one I accept not everyone will follow.

I'll take seriously worn-out terms for $100, Alex.

hahahahahaha.

You're so fucking full of shit you can't even spell straight >.>

I sincerely weep for the little town of Appleton. I was under the impression that most of the folks up there were pleasant ice-fishers and PMC manufacturers.

common courtesy eh?.. that include swearing at people? if it does then kudos. and FYI i have never let anyone die deliberatly... but if i see u under half life.. who knows...

Good day to you mr team player

I lol'd. Apparently you haven't been reading past posts. Maybe next time I'm in campaign and I see a mage getting hit I won't tank it for them. Who knows.

But I digress. I'm not going to let others suffer just because someone's stubborn about an easily fixed problem.

you would aga mobs? no wonder you bitch a lot if you're face down after trying to cure people that are smart and try to equip swap either to do more damage or save their lives...

Good to know you're not too much into team work either because people like to sleep mobs in case another player dies and they have hate lol.

I didn't even see that he typed that. >_>;;;;
That makes it so much worse.

*Hands the title of "Mr. Teamwork" to Marxx.*

Yes.. i can aga the crap out of mobs.. and i get max xp all the time doin it... but i only do it if the zone is empty. i dun need to be unweakened to to rr or to throw a big ga spell.. let em kill me.. no biggy.. i just rr and repeat.

also.. agreed with almost everythin neissan said, thas why i heal people.. as far as the post goes.. The whole point was that everybody might be better served by not doin gear swaps in campaign.. take it or leave it.

So let me get this straight.
You want the melees, who can only depend (usually) on their damage to get exp, to do less damage and get less exp just so you can get more exp while you sit there and suicide bomb yourself?

Where's one of those blank "Logic" motivational posters when you need them.

Apparently i havent been clear.. i only aga for xp when the zone is empty. I do usually heal in campaign, and the overall point is/was that when a melee is dead, they arent doing any damage sooooooooo they not getting any xp. im not sayin they shouldn't ws, only that they should do what they can for themselves (and for anyone trying to help them) to keep from being ko'd. This in my opinion would include not doing alot of equip swaps.

Regardless of how this thread was recieved, i do firmly believe that more damage is done by hanging back just a lil bit and not getting killed. its like watching a drk that refuses to cancel souleater, good chance they die for it and ultimately lose more xp than they would have gained from the battle.

Marxx, You sir... Are a lovely piece of work.

Hats off to you, you precious gem!

(Brd and blm you say? ... lemme guess no melee jobs leveled?)

Any 75 DD with half a brain, it is safe to say, uses gear swaps for WS and practically any of buff that can be gear enhanced. If you are too overwhelmed with stupidity to re-target someone for a cure, then pick a new job or stop complaining about it.

You still fail.

You sure the zone is empty or are they equip swapping so much? You seem to have simple trouble just healing since you made the thread...

You just need to be faster on cures then or retarget faster, good talents learned for many end game needs, if I get a cure off fast enough it dont matter if my target switches gear it still hits, or retarget fast if it dont go off.

Nah thats no fun, every DD worth their salt wants to do the most damage they can in a single ws, and with no exp loss in campaign its all part of the fun of participating. In fact correct me if I'm wrong but dont you actually get better exp dying and coming back in weakened condition than if you played it safe and never attracted too much attention to yourself?

Just cure those that don't change gear. Then raise the ones that do. Considering a good portion of the target audience you trying to reach don't read these boards , you not accomplishing much. Just keep sending in request to SE to change the target to the name like scwall said.

DOUBLE DYNAMIC ENTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~

. . .

its campaign, face it. People die because either way you get EXP.

Do you have 1 set of gear for your bard and your black mage?

If so, you're gimp.

If not, you're a hypocrite.

Case: You're players is hurt during campaign. You need a cure. Someone tries to cure you. You change from ice staff or light staff. They lose the target.

Point: Hypocracy.

Win: Me.

Crowd: Applause.
