Token help

Ok i got one of the tokens for the bag, as did my friend but after we canceled them and the accouts we both cant log in now ?...Any ideas what to do or how to contact them (says mon-sat) >.<

need to get on i got a cop run today damn it lol
 
didnt the faq's say you cant cancel them?
 
you still need to type in your Square-enix password when you log in, but not the token generated ones.
 
You're supposed to keep your SE account, not deactivate it. Deactivating it also kills your POL account, because they are perma-linked. You can unlink the satchel, but not the SE account.

Reactivate your SE account via phone and you're bound to that username/password until the end. So for those who want to purchase the satchel, go ahead, but this also means you'll need to type in your SE account password each time you login.
 
Wait, so I activated my token, but then I found it a hassle so I deleted my SE account now my POL account is gone too? Oh shit. So how exactly can I log in now?
 
Just read somewhere that imma have to call SE with my credit card info and stuff lol. /waits for monday. :')
 
Monday is bank holiday. Lets hope someone is at work.
 
Ah true. I have a few games to play through and I'm busy tomorrow anyway so I'm not really losing out on much.
 
So how can I stop from using the token?

The same place you turned it on at. Log into your SE account under SE's website and it should be an option under some type of account management on your profile's homepage.
 
Ya I tried clicking the dont use button in POL but it just wouldnt let me log in. Never thought on the SE website
 
Just called SE, got my account back up and running! Took like 15 mins and the guy was just like "If something is confusing you just give us a ring we don't mind helping you with things if it's going to keep you happy". Was a pretty nice guy to be honest, might ring him every wednesday for a chat.
