Totally off topic, and wont post in this topic again, but I just found it really funny seeing my own name in the SS, as that was me leveling my summoner for the first time and having to zone a hoard of yagudo that some kind soul must have done the same to a moment before.

For a level 3 Taru summoner, making a 3 minute run accross Sabutara with 40~ MaxHP being prusued by multiple [Tough] Yagudo, and having no MP to summon with, I dont think I did half bad. :lol:

First of all, please present evidence can be proven to be an occurrence of the event.

Next, evidence to prove defendant's guiltiness from the plaintiff is presented.
And, the defendant presents the evidence to plead innocence.
I think that this is usual.

But now there is no evidence that the event happened.
However, some of the people have trusted Vang.
What did you see and did you judge?

The person who did not know anything might have believed his searchcomment and shout.

JP players feels it unfair.
However, Jp players don't want to do the same thing.

Tiamat how can i prove anything now with the GM's not giving up the evidence? Has Shel even TRIED to contact them to help clear his name? No, because he would'nt want the poof to be brought forth.

Shel can speak broken English pretty well for a JP player. He was not doing bad at all that Sunday night.

I do not have Strider boots anymore, they were tooken out of my outbox by Shel. Why would I lie? What purpose would there be for me to make something up? Do you honestly think I would do this to start a "Culture war"?

FACTS: Your friend Shel and his LS represent dishonesty, wreckless HNM training, MPKing and actions generally unacceptable by the general community. They are also known as Racist and Anti - NA.

FACTS: I have no reputation for any of these activities, if anything I am TOO trusting of others. I am considered cocky, or conceited yes. But never have I been accused of being dishonest or Anti - JP.

I am wealthy in game Tiamat, I do not have 50 million gil on me like Shel or Horihori because I choose not to take the methods that I have heard they do. I was wealthy before and still am after my boots were cheated out of my hands. So once again, HONESTLY why do you think I would accuse Shel of such things?

I think you and the JP community just do not want to believe these accusations to be true. They are. If i ever do get ahold of the chat logs I can assure you that Shel and his LS will be frowned upon even more than they already are and will be held in the highest form of contempt possible.

I would not be suprised if they are forced off of the server where they can go and make another server's lives living hells. Until this matter is resolved rest assured I will make sure Shel does not have one easy day of play time ingame. His constant denial proves to me at least he is nothing more than a fox in sheeps clothing, and nothing more than a snake in the grass.

Your Screenshot only shows that you called a GM on the matter, he completely blew you off. He never said one way or the other who was lying, or that anything happened. All he said was he would investigate.

As for the releasing the logs, they will not release them to you. A GM was fired for doing just that, and I doubt anyone else will take that chance.

Removal of a FFXI GM
August 24, 2003


Square Enix Japan has posted a statement in PlayOnline News regarding a recent dismissal of a FFXI GM (Game Master).

GMs are staff of Square Enix who reside in the FFXI world (Vana'diel) overseeing the in-game activities--essentially, "policing" the world for any unusual/illegal things.

The said GM apparently used his/her GM account and his/her private player account in order to leak someone else's conversation log to a third party. After receiving a complaint from a member, the company conducted an internal investigation and found this to be true, and has removed that employee's GM and personal FFXI account as of August 19th. The said employee has also voluntarily resigned from the company as of the same date.

The company intends to reinforce and improve the supervision and administration of the GM system, and also to better train their employees regarding privileged/classified information.

On these boards it is a rule that you either have your log-in-name be your Character name, or that you have it in your signature. This is why many asked for a name. Personally, i asked simply because i wanted to say hi, and thank you for trying to reach out on this issue. "miss" is correct, though in english we rarely call another in such formal terms, so simply nasya would have been fine ^^. じゃまた
