There is a lot to be learned from this thread... always good to see how the JP see things. I still don't know who to believe 100% though until I see proof... altho for some reason Im still leaning to Vang.

There is no debate nor argument here, the simple TRUTH is I sent my boots to Shel and they were cleared out of the outbox in under 30 seconds. There is no "on the fence" thinking about this, this person lied his way to a 10 million gil pair of boots. I will be more than glad to ask a GM for the chat log and I will find a way to take a picture of it god dammit.
Is Shel willing to find a way to have all our logs be brought up again? I sure am and am ready for everyone to see the whole story and that this person needs to be exposed.
I will do anything to prove that this fucker is lying and have him roasted and possibly expelled for good by both communitys. Shel is not only a thief but a liar, and for people to buy into this Tiamat guy coming in here trying to calm the storm so everyone forgets about this incident only infuriates me more.
As i said before if Shel never even knew about a deal why would he open HIS trade box to me and say (boots)? out in Sauromongue Champaign? He has no story, only denying it to the end.

If shel had any integrity he would have sent the boots back regardless of weather or not he agreed to the trade. He is a racist lying theif though. I do not believe he is the typical JPN but the bias the GMs show towards JPN is extremly disheartening.

Seriously, though, I trust vang more, because this is stupid. No one can fucking force you trade or send anything. These People are just scamming vang, and now blamming him. I have never heard bad things about vang, ( Only that he's an elist, but we all know that.^^), but on the other hand we know that shel likes to MPK and scam people.
Hell I'm shure vang has been working so damn hard to get his gears, and why would he risk it? Why would he do this?
Also failed to come up is that I was in Yuh.Jng and vang sent me tell telling me he was in jail. I asked him why? He told me it was because his bazaar comment. It said something like Shel = THF = LIE some shit like that, but this is no means for a GM to send you to jail.
Me personally, and I'm saying this with all seriousness, I think something way above our heads is going on here. Just watch your back.

Sorry too hear about your loss, Vang. Wealthy or not I would be sick. I have had my clashes with some asshole Jp players but I have also had good encounters with some. Can't let a few bad apples ruin the bunch.
To be honest Vang, until someone shows evidence that their story is correct it is only proper to sit on the fence... While your story seems a bit more believable (if you wanted to flame shel why would you make up an elaborate lie like this?), there are many holes in both.
According to Taimat's story Shel does not have any boots, so he wouldn't be able to send them back as some suggest he should. Without that chat log people who support you or shel are choosing sides based on no provable fact, but emotions alone. Like taimat said, though shia translated it kinda strangely ^^;;, we live in a society where people are innocent until proven guilty. While Shel's reputation, and the fact that taimat was trying to defend horihori, both make their story more suspect, it doesn't disprove them. Honestly my brain is not working when writing these boards. Although I translate hundreds of documents per day, some things I still don't know how to word it in English from japanese. I also don't take sides yet. Like I said, such proof can only be taken when GM actually does some helping.
