When I first started playing (since NA release) I liked the Japanese players. They were experienced, had better gear, and therefore were better player than the regular noobs (including myself) i was normally playing with. However, slowly over the course of a few months I started to notice a trend of discrimination from the Japanese players. No longer would I get invite into the much sought after JP parties, nor would they accept invites into my American PTs, the infamous "JP PT only" or "NA PT (No thanks)" lines started creeping up in search messages.

I’ve been told, by a couple of the few English speaking Japanese that I still talk to, that some of the Japanese’s discontent for us stem from the our lack courtesy and politeness. Well we are different cultures and to us its not that we are impolite or discourteous, its that the Japanese are overly polite and courteous, almost to the point of excess. Americans, specially our young ones, simply do not see a need for excessive politeness over the informal, and impersonal medium that is the Internet.

In addition, it appears to me that most Japanese take a “Holier than thou” stance towards Americans. Most Japanese put in a lot more time and effort into this game, taking time to study and learn its intricacies, while most Americans take it for what it is: a game and prefer to learn through experience and in-game advice from peers. It is because this perceived superior knowledge of the game that many Japanese prefer not to “waste” their time partying with the Americans.

Of course I have met more American assholes than Japanese ones, but that may be because to most Japanese I am the asshole and they simply won’t socialize with me.

This is just my opinion and does not reflect the views of all Americans, nor does it apply to every player of either nationality. I base my opinion on my specific experiences with-in the game and no one else’s.

Vang氏の事情ですが、非常に１人よがりな内容であると感じます。
煽る気持ちがあるわけではなく真剣にそう思います。
話しがずれる以前の問題で彼はNAと英語でまともに話しができません。
Shelさんの話しでは、散々相手から挑発され罵りあいをしていたようです。
しばらくして、いきなり手のひらを返すように態度を変えて
[ありがとう]^^[トレード][ありがとう]^^
とタブ変換で言われ、一方的に「ブーツを送ったから、クジャクの護符を送れ」と言われたそうです。
アイテム名は会話で出てきたようですが、意味は全くわかっていなかったようです。
Shel自身は要求をのんだ覚えなんか全く無いそうです。
一応、そう言われポストを確認したそうですが、勿論、ブーツは届いていなかったそうです。

その後意味もわからず　[ウソ]を連呼され、あまりにしつこいスパムに嫌気がさしたのでBLに入れたそうです。
先ほどの返信にShelさんはBLを使っていないとありますが、それは確実にウソです。
たった今聞きましたがVang氏は昨日の時点でBLに追加されています。

ちなみに、Shelさん側でもGMを呼びましたが、「調査します」としか言われなかったようです。
もう一度呼んでアイテムが届いたか聞いて、その会話のスクリーンショットを送ってくれ
と言ってみましたが、彼自身非常にVangに対してうんざりしていた為、断られました。

次に最初の俺の書き込みの翻訳をお願いします
一部に混乱がありましたので、加筆・修正してあります
明らかに内容が変わっていますが、自分で英文にするという作業が無いため
言いたかった事を大幅に加筆してあります。

Svinaさんについては細部まで聞けなかったため、詳しくわかりません。
（書いてる間に返信が来ているようですが、フレに関する事で気になったからテルをしたと解釈します。
　無用心に名前を出してしまった事をお詫びします。）
ちなみに、この友人も英語は私よりも苦手です。
適当にタブで返事をして、BLに追加したそうです。
この友人自身は聞いていないのですが、/pointのエモをされた後
タブ変換を使いシャウトで[かえれ]と言われていたと友人から聞いたそうです。
個人間のトラブルなのにシャウトで大勢に聞こえるように罵倒するのが普通だとは思えませんがどうなのでしょう？
これを先に聞いていたため私はVang氏はマナーの悪い外人であると認識しました。

そして、この話しを聞いたあとでShelさんの話を聞きました。
当然、Shelさんが罠にはめられたと思いました。
勿論、今でもそう思っています。

まずこの事を知ったのは日本のユーザーが集まる掲示板です。
ShelがVangという外人のアイテムを盗んだ
という事になっていました。
あまりにもふざけた内容であったため、そちらの掲示板に返信してしまいましたが、今となっては逆効果であったと思います。

大体の事情を把握してみたら、あまりにも不審な点が多い。
高額商品の受け渡しで何故配送を使ったのか？
何故トレードにしなかったのか？
何度も念をおすくらいの用心深さを持っているならば配送なんか使うはずがありません。
ましてや、友達でも無い人物と高額な商品を交換するならば尚更ありえません。
そういった事もふまえて、私はVang氏がウソをついてShelを陥れたと考えています。
」

尚、スレをたてたとありますが、ここの掲示板にですよね？
非常に残念なのですが、俺のようにここを見に来る日本人自体そんなに多くは無いはずです。
たとえ登録まで出来たとしても、日常会話用の英語を理解できる人物は少ないと思います。
またShelさん自身言っていましたが、自分からVangにこれ以上かまってやる気は無いそうです。
