Sorry but after your constant threads about how much more elite and professional you seem to undermine your fellow player, I have a hard time thinking you would actually be smart enough to send a pair of Strider Boots to a random player. Then again it was Shel so maybe you did get robbed for real, but yeah definitely stupid on your part.

SE will never replace your boots.

This is the most appauling thread I have read. I am very sickened by what is said in here about Japanese people. Its no wonder they despise many Americans - because you have long lost the ability to be polite and understanding. I will have you know that much of the world feels the same way about Americans. Personally, I don't. I love everyone, especially Japanese.

To put it on scale, I have had more encounters with Americans that Japanese but then I have always been treated politely by Japanese and I do the same, whoever I encounter. I have found American players to be very arrogant, childish and stuckup. I don't do anything about it because there isn't any point. I just play nicely^^

Some of you may hate me for this but I am just communitating my observations and experiences.

Not all Americans are bad however, I know many great American players. But guess what? They are polite, they listen, they don't blast their mouth off to everyone.

Okay I know this part of the thread has been answerd and done, but I have been watching this thread for a long time, figured I might as well add to it.
But first Kea I respect you! Mass props to you!! I have partied with you a couple times, and you are indeed a great player! Again mass Props!!!

With that said here goes my 2 cents.

The problem is not exclusively JP or NA based. The problem is on both sides!
A majority os JP's only decided to become closed to NA's apoun the introduction of young PS2 players on the tail of the american PS2 launch. That is not to say that their wernt rude children playing on the PC's as well, because there were! Just the facts are a majority of the problem came from the PS2 launch! And were talking a large majority, like the upper 90 percentile!
Now as for the issue of racism. Raceism exists on both sides so to say that one side is at fault is completely foolish. However to say that we do not get along because of a few radicals who actually belive that the amount of skin pigment determine your skills and abilitys even inteligence. The statement exsplains itself!! That in no way is the common ideal or belife in iether here in america, or in Japan or Korea or Tiawan ect. ect.. Which belive it or not the problem runs much deeper than NA VS JP, there are Korean players Tiawanese, Chianese and players all over Europe!
So to say that there are people out there who hate you because of where you were born and the pigment of your skin, is not a false statement! However! They are few and very far between! The reason a majority of NA are shun by other regionalitys is because of how people have acted in the past! The NA resent being shun, and personalize as being snobish or rude or even raceist. When in fact the JP and others are simply trying to avoid more trouble. However it is wrong for the JP and others to make this broad assumption. Because in the end they are really causing more trouble.
So the problem is hard to fix! How do you convince the world you are ready to put your best foot forward and convince them you will try to be socialable and couties, and in return, they have to stop makeing broad assumption based on one incident and look at people on a case by case basis. Bottom Line everyone fucked up! Some of it intentional some of it was just a few honest mistake! And now all sides suffer. But what is done is done, and you can't change the past! You can only look to the futuire and mold it with each passing day.

I dunno, but it seems to me that people give Vang alot of crap for reasons that are not important to this thread.
