all you got is PLD can hold hate better...

All nins got is DMG, MB, TP, Hate (not more then PLD but good). no Refresh whores, and oh ya no MP.

I love all the people saying NIN is "weak DD" and "can't hold hate".....

I will keep up if not have the highest output of anyone in your Melee Cannons. And in a normal PT where Im expected to hold hate (albeit very few of those) I won't let it go even when people try. And furthermore... I can kite Kirin for the entire fight if his 2hr and subsequent attacks doesn't kill me, I think thats fairly good proof of holding hate.

And I just got Brutal Earring and have yet to parse a party using it... so please give NIN some credit, their not Weak DD, and some NIN's are very viable for these "Cannons" you all love to make nowadays.

Not to mention, Spyle's parser has been acting wierd for the last couple of months. I think Square has done something to the way logs are kept. I've been parsing at HNMs, and have had people just not show up in the results at all, or with obvious missing data.

I don't have any chat filters on except Others.

If you want to state it that way then yes your correct.

Seems some details need to be taken away to avoid the bias towards one side or another.

Also, you mentioned playing NIN. To be fair, did you play it to the extent that you have your PLD? It wouldn't be fair to compare the experience one gains from playing PLD 1-75 versus NIN only half way. Not acuusing, but just asking and making that point.

My NIN is a higher level than my PLD, although I have enjoyed playing both...My experiences in parties with NINs have been FAR superior to PLD fronted parties. That's no cross-section type opinion either. It includes 400 accrued job levels and approximately even play time with both tanks...Maybe a bit more with PLDs tanking as I staticed w/a PLD for about 30+ levels.

how about giving PLD the ability to provoke!!
75PLD/nin would be the ultimate end-game tank!
