It just got overshadowed by the controversy of having a microchip installed in your body.
That was what my discussion encompassed. NOT the fact that a new form of ID existed. ID is necessary. Convenience is good. What goes in my body is my choice, and only my choice.
This technology is an implant, so I think discussing this aspect of it is fair game.
If someone wanted to have this implanted, I'd step aside. If someone tried to implant one in me, I'd choke them and/or cut the thing out later with the nearest utensil.
I don't like breast implants or this ID implant. Coming from a guy who has several tattoos and has had various piercings, who has ingested performance supplements and truckloads of beer, a garden of spinach and triple bacon cheeseburgers, double doses of Advil, DANK nugs (

), anything you buy at a grocery store (see: preservatives, etc).......
I don't care what it is that is ingested, implanted, inhaled, engrained, or driven through my body so long as it is me that made the decision.
I question only why not implement something far less intrusive than this. There are tons of alternatives.
Actually I have learned that if questions remain, the answer (the ultimate and 50,000 ft. answer) is money.
