Despite how overrated Mysterio has become, I thought it was funny how he used Miz and Morrison as stepping stones to keep from touching the floor. Also, it seemed like his elimination was accidental, like it happened before it was supposed to.
Very good Royal Rumble, though. As soon Orton punted Vince in the face, you pretty much knew who was going to win.
It was a decent PPV overall though, but I'm getting really bored of the story lines atm, HBK hasn't had a good fued in a year or more (no, that crap with Y2J doesn't count) Jeff Hardy lost the title in his first defense after competing for it for 6 months+ which is bull, Matt Hardy bores the hell out of me so I'm depressed that they're making him even more active on Smackdown, and where the hell is Christian? He's supposed to involved in a Wrestlemania story with Jeff, if they were planning to wait so long to introduce him why start all the "accident" bullshit so early in the year?
HBK/Y2J was pretty much feud of the year <_<
And Matt Hardy was behind all the accidents for Jeff it seems. Everyone thought it would be Christian even though WWE never hinted at that.
Nah, WWE hasnt officially said anything about Christian. Its all been speculation. Matt Hardy is most likely the one since he turned on Jeff at Royal Rumble.
I have no idea what they're gonna be doing with Christian now ;|
I can't stand Mysterio, but i agree with you, Mark Henry (i think) seemed to roll over Mysterio while he was lying on the outside of the ring and pulled him down accidentally.
The punt actually looked really nasty, I'd be suprised if he was meant to kick him that hard. Shane's attack on him monday night was appauling aswell, the fact Orton was "helped" from the ring... when they were fighting on the stage you could see Shane wasn't even close to connecting.

I'd be interested to see a Edge vs Christian feud leading up to Wrestlemania, if he does return, but for all we know he could end up re-signing with TNA.
Guess we play the waiting game.
It probably wasn't the smartest idea for World Wrestling Entertainment to explain Randy Orton's recent rash of behavior by saying that he had IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder). According to a variety of medical web sites, IED is defined as "a behavioral disorder characterized by extreme expressions of anger, often to the point of uncontrollable rage." What was even more interesting is that some medical web sites even link it to steroid use. Reports indicate that IE can be exacerbated by steroid use based on chemical changes in the person's brain. Personally I would of just scripted it that he had Schizophrenia.
From what I can tell from talking to several people today, Christian Cage was not backstage at the Royal Rumble PPV last night. That's interesting because I had heard his start date was at the Royal Rumble PPV. I know that plans also called for him to be a part of the Jeff Hardy angle but those plans were all heavily edited within the past week or so.
I noticed that Randy Orton botched the pyro ending of the rumble. He stood by the ropes for a while pointing at the WM25 sign expecting the pyro to go off but nothing happened. He then moved to the middle of the ring and tried pointing again before the ref came up and told him 'up on the ropes'. He then climbed the turnbuckle and did the pose again while the pyro went off to close the show.
lol ecw not going have much to offer when the draft comes around. Down to 11 active stars and I am pushing it when I say chavo is active, 1 injured star and 2 divas and 3 mangers/sidekicks. Hope they have something plan because don't know how many mark henry vs finlay matches one can take.
Great PPV. Still watching the last match but the title changes were nice.
JBL/HBK and the ECW match were bleh, but the 2 Elimination chambers and Orton/Shane were awesome.
We all fell asleep during the JBL/HBK match. HBK has been getting stale and that feud was a horrible one. I'm ready for HBK to retire...very much.
Looks like we get another week of it. Whoopie.
Also I find it funny that Stephanie sold the RKO better than Shane sold... well, anything in his match, lol. Also the Triple H angry face was hilarious.
