..yelling Dried Majoram (Found it!) really loud in the grocery store so that your significant other (who also plays FFXI) 2 isle's over hears you. It's pretty funny when she points out what you just did and all you can say is my bad..

Once I was at a stop light behind a motorcycle. The biker was wearing a helmet and on the back it said "D.O.T.". I turned to the person traveling with me (who has no idea what FFXI is) and said....

"Needs moar Erase"

She just stared at me and I made the executive decision not to explain myself for fear of her getting out of the car on the spot.
 
I was getting ready to go out and asked myself "Should I wear my Scorpion Harness or Haubergeon?"

After that I felt lol.

I talk in some auto-translate stuff too but its usually [Yes, please] lol.
Sometimes, [Thanks for the offer but I'll pass.] slips out.

I check my wallet sometimes and think "How come there's no gil in here?! I can't ride the bus to work dammit!"

now, when you do that do you say "lol" or "el oh el"... because i say "lol", "el oh el" just takes too long to say...
 
Saying "lol" or "El oh El" in RL doesn't mean you play the game too much. It means you just online chat too much. I know friends who talk like that and have never touched the game but are Msn whores.
 
i did it again last week asked for two stacks of cigarettes at the store. (not the 1st time i did it)
also on monday i need a form from my boss i asked him "title request form"{can i have it}?
he looked and said huh?? lol

I have a pretty bad one. I was taking a cooking class with my g/f so we could learn to make food we didn't know how to make. I, being a pretty damned good cook to start, didn't pay attention at all and threw most of it together no problem. Then one day came where the professor said we would be cooking something I had never heard of. She explains it as I don't pay attention and after we start, I get a bit razzled cause I have no idea what I am doing. So I raise my hand and ask:

"What were the mats again? And what level do I need the oven to be?"

Let's just say my g/f had to leave the room laughing...
