Things change. I started as the leader. The one leader. I was it. I set the rules. I made the calls. I did all the recruiting. I sent all the tells. I said how it was going to be.

That changed. I said that the shell would pay everyone and not put one person up on a pedestal like all the other dynamis shells out there. But you know what? In the end it's not my call any more.

If somone needed to/wanted to quit the shell, would they get the money they worked for; under the guidelines provided by the main figurehead of the shell, that the coins would be sold for profit, and proceeds would be evenly distrubuted to the members, get thier share of the proceeds as promised to them?

Pretense doesn't matter, in no offical place does it say we give our members stuff(other than af2 and etc.. >.> ), pere may of used that possiblity in an arguement somewhere, but it doesn't make it true or a rule or policy or guideline.

If you joined a ls with certain pretenses and don't double check to make sure they're right, you can't really complain too much if you feel cheated when you leave. I mean what if someone had the pretense that they -deserved- af2, we don't have to cater to them do we?

When is building phase over...that's a decent question. It's been going on since september. I lost an old core and had to rebuild a new one from a new type of player that doesn't usually pack a dynamis shell. That delayed us significantly. Then we up and had a losing streak in friggin bastok and sandy of all places, and that delayed us significantly. What, are you going to laugh at that? We won windurst with an hour left that same week, so we don't too much care.

Building phase is over when half the shell knows what to do in xarcabard.

So this Quote in conjunction with your last three entries, constitutes your 3 month late 'fine print' on your aplicants. When you said that you would be collecting the coins, selling them, and distributing the proceeds to the members.

Basically what you are saying is, that you will give them thier share of the proceeds when you beat dynamis lord, and that anyone that needs to quit the shell for whatever reason is shit out of luck. That thier hopes of making money form dynamis, as promised by you is lost.

You should have been more clear to your members about your plans to keep thier share of the profits.

You really should have been paying them out as you went, it would have been the right thing to do, hell it would have been what you said you were going to do. You say you have a high turnover rate? I think I can guess one of the reasons... You and your sociopathic tendancies and your 'what's mine is mine, and what's yours is mine' belief system is probably a huge part in that.

In real life you can't hold on to peoples' paychecks and invest thier money on investments you feel to be just. You were in a standing contract with your members, and you went back on your word. You, Daveman, and the other leaders really shoudl feel at least a little bit ashamed of yourselves for what you have done. You played with peoples' trust.

But hey... It's all part of the $12.95 huh?

Find me where I said that we do pay members. It was probably in a thread talking to fanboys that have nothing to do with anything about Invictus. None of my members expect a gil cut right now. They know we're trying to decide what to do.

Except for the fact that most of our members don't want/expect any gil from the linkshell? Bait and switch only works where people take bait, and there's bait in the first place.

No one joined our shell for gil, some other people have already done the numbers on it, compared to farming dynamis sucks on a gil/hr/person rating.

Hence why I won't join another Dynamis shell unless:

1. Pay to get in.

2. Free lot on ALL coins.

Why would you keep records with no plans of use for them?
 
What a coincidence that you're not in our shell. Again, if you don't like our meathods or rules that's fine. Some people pefer this, some don't mind, some do mind and don't even join the shell. I don't see how this is a problem for you or anyone outside of the linkshell, or even anyone inside the linkshell.
 
You have to understand that I do not care one iota what anyone has to say about Invictus on this forum. Not. One. Bit. No one asked you what you thought. No one asked you if you understood our operation. And yet you presume to because of what I...Peregrine...this is ME mind you and don't forget it...what I have mentioned as I brawl with 20 people at a time 15 pages at a time on a forum that I come to play on.

Your right, we aren't in your LS. what you do is your bussiness, not any of ours. The reason i made this topic is because 1) sculli didn't want this in the auction house board 2) it was poking fun at pere because of all the shit he'd brought up before about how we are idiots to invest gil in gear that adds +1 extra str int whatever.
Pere started the whole thing months ago with his post, he had this coming. My only suggestion is that you stop having him as a speaker for your shell on these boards and if he is such a great "leader + puller" leave him to the shell in the game not on here.
That's my advice, take it or leave it. pere made his rep we didn't give it to him, we also didn't bring your LS into untill he did.
