ya, more vizards are possible, more quincy, not so much it seems XD besides, Vizards > Quincy :P

I thought Uraharra made Ichigo a Vizard when he had Ichigo "regain" his shinigami powers.

That is what i was basing my theory on too...since he said to ichigo you either turn shinigami or turn into a hollow and get killed by one of my staff.

Nah, go back and watch or read that episode again with fresh eyes. Uraharra doesn't even know what's happenin' (He's "wtfin'" over why Ichigo's mask stays on and whole) but he does realize something is different. The only thing Uraharra knows is how to revive a Shinigamis power and doin' so either makes the soul a Shinigami or a Hollow. Ichigo gainin' Hollow powers or how any of the Vizards got that way is still a mystery as far as I know. It's like Uryuu's father bringin' back his powers. He can't change anything other than the reversal of his powers however, the exchange variable for Quincy powers is possible death if the person performin' the reversal can't aim a perfect 16mm to the right of the heart.

I also thought Uraharra did this to Ichigo as well, through the Bount story, but when he tells Ichigo he could no longer further his strength I thought somethin' was fishy in my ideas. I went back and watch the episode set again where Uraharra gave him back his powers again and realized he had no idea what just happened.

Also, just because one can use Hollow Power doesn't make them a Vizard. That's just the name of that 8 person squad. The power is called Hollowization. At least that's what I've got from it so far. I figure this because they tell him at the very beginnin' they can teach him to tame his Hollow side but whether or not he becomes a Vizard is up to them.

I think Uraharra knew what was going on but was fake WTFin :P he was the one who created that thing Aizen has to try and combine Shinigami and Hollow powers.

The only person he would be fakin' it to would be himself. He's WTFin to himself first. Prolly hard to tell in the Manga but watch the episode and it's very clear. After he gets done thinkin' he states it to the rest of the crew.

Also, it's evident that the item isn't used at all in Hollowization of the Shinigami/Vizard. Seein' as the item had nothin' to do with Ichigo and the other's transformations, it's obvious that the item is irrelevant in their transformations. I would go on to say what I think is goin' on but it'll spoil it. More importantly, I need to find out a tad bit more about at least one of the Vizards as well to make a safe assumption.
 
Oh the item is irrelevant to their transformation but that was the point of him making it wasn't it? :P He wanted to try and combine powers of Hollow and Shinigami, at least that's what I remember hmm
 
I also think he was fake WTFin in my opinion, as Urahara was exiled from SS because of his experiments and what not. I also think that Shinji is somehow related to Urahara.

Also, one thing I've found curious, is there's no real evidence that Aizen is evil.

So he wants to make the key, okidoki, then what? *shrug*

All we know is he's willing to kill quite a lot of people to do it, but for all we know he could turn out to be an awesome anti-hero the likes of which we've never seen!

I doubt it, but it's possible.

Unless there is some manga exclusive chapter I have yet to see, no. The only exclusive material I know of is the Menos Forest excursion they take in the anime show. He didn't make the item to make the Vizards and definitely had nothin' to do with Ichigo's Hollowfication other than puttin' him through the power restoration process. As far as everyone knows is fact, Uraharra only made the item to restore the Kings Key should it ever be lost. It's yet to say if he had other intentions for the item. Also, Uraharra himself hasn't even explained what the item is capable of to us. For all we know it could have a side job as an Atom Bomb.
 
Just the place in general, even though it was filler the bounto arc and when Aizen talks about this and that. I can't remember the chapter and what not but i am finding it.

I guess you didn't catch the part where I said he was talking to himself when he was "WTFin". It would be a different story if he just did it outside his head to everyone else and only them, but he flipped out in his own head. Makes sense to me, if it doesn't to you; figure it out on your own.

Also, it's never said that he was exiled from Soul Society. All that is known thus far is that he left. It's not even know why he left yet.
 
what hollow techniques can he use? he knows how to make one like with ichigo but that really isn't a technique imo just a process for the soul to chose
