PCC is the best melee item in the game, PERIOD. People who do a fucking BC DO NOT deserve it. If you want BC type accuracy go BC a pair of fucking specs.
But then again this is one of the more cheapskate servers so I would expect these type of comments. Only fucking server I know of where Snipers +1 or Scorp Harness +1 sells once out of EVERY FEW WEEKS.

Anyone want to tell me how many times since update you have seen VE flying around unclaimed? I know I have heard of a few times now, Leech King was unclaimed for god knows how long, etc. SE gives you handouts, you people rejoice, yet, like I said the whole time, you people still do nothing about it weeks later.
Are you stupid? If it was unclaimed, why didn't YOU claim it, you lazy fuck? Oh thats right, you were spending all your time complaining here about how your PCC isn't all yours alone now. I've camped VE for 2 days straight hoping for a claim, the entire time there was a minimum of 3 people there camping with me and I never missed a spawn. I had ranger sub and I was spamming it like no tomorrow. The majority of 2 days, 1 claim, 1 drop. Thats all the time I needed to spend there. How long do you need for an EX item?
So again a stupid debate Vang started went down the elite gear path. Thats humurous and unexpected. Avoiding all the middle crap and back to the original topic, this was posted earlier in general discussion but apparently Vang needed to cry again. I don't understand what the problem is. Everyone deserves a fair chance at getting good armor and certain people were making it impossible to claim that armor. I have no idea why SE chose the gear it did to make them EX. They chose 3 different rare armors, Emp pin, Leaping Boots and PCC then replaced them with an EX version. Then a fourth piece of armor which has no rare tag is replaced by an EX version. This utterly confuses me since their intention is completely unclear. Only the archer's rings were camped by sellers and were changed. There are similar items with no rare tag, like Fuma Kyahans and O. Kotes which are similarly camped by sellers and SE did not change those. I guess its mainly because these four items are considered to be the standard, heavily camped and the competition makes it hard for the average player to get a fair shake at claiming the NMs to get an item he or she might actually use and not sell.
With that being said, I would like to reiterate what I said in a previous post and I do not think anyone ever commented on. What is the point of a rare tag? A rare tag allows the owner to only have one of that item, but why would SE want you to only have one of any said item? If it was a rare ring like the Jeager Ring, it would be because SE does not want you to have two Jaeger rings equipped probably. But what about equip like head gear or neck gear, where there is only 1 slot to equip the item? Could it be that SE had initially intended people to camp for an item once and then use the item, then sell it when it was no longer needed? I tend to believe they had that purpose in mind, but did not realize people would hoard NMs in suchs a way. To make the game the way they intended it, they replaced them with EX versions and made it so that everyone can have a chance at the items now via a lvl 40 BCNM. That being said, unless you can find some other purpose in a rare tag, its your own fault PCC are now common place and you have only yourself to cry to.
Off topic again: So you still want to tell mages they are wasting NMs when they camp them because the drop rate is lower? Who decided that rule? You? Phraust, Tiya and Vang, right? What gave you the right to decide that? I know. Because you have easy access to TH2 and why set the bar where everyone else is when you have better? You want to set the bar where you can access it but restrict it from others. Well I say fuck that. If you say TH2 only, I say TH4. Heck why stop at TH4? Supposedly four-leaf buds, lucky eggs, and millionaire's desk improve TH, why not go as far as that? Until you all get Thief Knifes and Assassin's Armlets, you can't camp any NM ever again. I raised the bar and you need to follow it. Why? Because you fucked up my economy. You wasted my NMs. Yah, mine asshole, all fucking mine. I claimed them because your weak ass doesn't have TH4. Your lowered drop rate is wasting my time and gil. I say only let people with TH4 kill NMs, HNMs and gods. Then the server would be perfect. We can all share cheap items because the trustworthy thiefs will sell them cheap because they have such an over abundance.
Get a clue.
