Fable 2 (Now Released)

Not splitscreen, but as said, limited motion. Over live i can't imagine they will have that since it isn't a problem as if it were two people on one TV.

Fable IIs whole marketing campaign was based on "On the couch Co-Op." I don't understand how this isn't more known.

Word on the skreet is that when you do online Co-op your character doesn't look like he does in your universe, it's more of a default look for the person who joins. Seems like you don't get anything your character normally has and the only thing you can gain is money and experience points. The hell is up with this?

I was told thats how it is for offline Co-op. Online i heard your character looks like your character. Guess i wont know till i get home from work and pillage Jereme's village.
 
Well for all the lushes.. Morchy will have a "CheebsPub" for those interested in some gambling and bad behavior !
 
Fable 2 Post Release

I know, there's another thread, but it was basically the hype about the game.

I'm about 2? or so hours in so far, it's a good game but I honestly liked the combat system better in Fable. Maybe I liked that it was a little more simple.

The dog is cool, story is a bit bland, graphics are nice as well.

I hope it lives up to the hype but it probably isn't possible for any game to live up to that much hype in the first place.

I'm finding it a bit annoying that there aren't a bunch of sidequests you can do at any time to basically get rich/overpowered like in the original game.

Does "Bad behavior" include the orgies they promote so heavily in Fable 2?

I am leaning towards not playing with alot of my friends in co-op... At least not in my world.. I dont trust any of them...

I honestly didn't know much about all the "bad behavior" until J E R E M E pointed it out.

In ALL honesty.. I just want to get someone drunk til they puke :)

Did anyone pick up the collectors edition? It took me a little bit to realize it was Halo gear.
 
Osy I am not making you breakfast or anyone breakfast for that matter. I dont blame you for not inviting your friends to your game, your fears would probably be true knowing most of them :P I wouldnt trust inviting you either though. My villagers would be running around demanding purple drink after you left

You are only 2 hours in Tymon. All your complaints so far, tho not really complaints, i have read in another review... The review mentioned later in the game the combat is very satisfying and there were tons of things for him to do/explore.
 
Merging the threads, we don't need two for one game. I moved Jereme's in there too.
 
That's why it's a post release thread. You post as you play and update what you think about the game.

If it gets better later on, I have nothing to worry about :)

Nice. I played the blacksmith game for like 2 hours... Made like 100k off it lol. In the starter village as a young man i had unprotected sex with every girl there... Am i going to have like 10 kids when i get back to the village?
