I kind of agree with Morwen about this, the purpose of this thread has been served and there is no need at all to harass this Ferque fella about this.
Even though he and maybe some of his friends deny this, he ninja'd a D-chap.
This is the judgment of the boards as well as the leaders of DH.

Until a mod or admin decides to remove this thread from the flameboards this thread is here to stay.
Any endgame based linkshell doing research on the background of their applicants will find it and think twice before they let in people like this into their linkshells.
Also the leaders of linkshells regardless of what type that you might find them in later on can be notified about this player.
Of course there will be linkshells that won't give anything about what he has done, well... good for them.

If you were involved, post the incident, not the aftermath. If you were not involved, stay out of it.

Really though, it's a Ra/Ex piece. There's not even a chance for a resolution because of this. Thus, this will go no where. Everyone knows what to expect from Ferque again.

as for the Keimasurao thing: He was with my/our dynamis linkshell for a couple runs. I never had any problems with him personally; but there's like 1 or 2 people I've ever been bothered by on this game anyway. I personally think he's a good guy. Piss poor defense but hey... A real friend goes to bat for you. He may have bad taste in company but you can't fault his character.
 
Genk, think about it; if only the people involved in the incident posted in the flame, what deterrant value would that be? Everyone already knows they're pissed off that Ferque lied and stole from them. If they want to enlist a mob to e-lynch the offender, well, isn't this the perfect place to hand out torches and pitchforks?

/sigh. A lot of people seem to be missing the point of why I posted that. It wasn't to seem cool or anything. I sent Ferque one /tell saying Nin lotter. You can see what happened there.

I didn't go out of my way to /tell Keima. He /tell'd me and continue to do so with the multiple defenses for Ferque. Me saying I find it funny was me being a dick. I had no intention of /telling Ferque and posting a SS and saying "Hey guyz, I be cool!"

Hell, even near the end there I stopped playing and asked to get Ferque to post here incase it was a misunderstanding(Highly doubted it though) And he went on with that crap. Like fuck, what kind of defense does a person have if he has everyone on one side posting evidence against him and he does nothing? I found it retarded.
 
I don't know Ferque at all, just playing devils advocate here but wasn't Ferque on the list for the Hat? So technically that isn't Ninja lotting right? And dynamis is a very long event and it's not uncommon for someone to go afk during a run right? So why does he not get to lot since he was afk? Unless he is a constant afk'er but if he was you would think he would of been booted a while ago.
 
Ferque was AFK for nearly the entire run. Leaders (and everyone else for that matter) felt he forfeited his right to lot that particular hat, but could if another one had dropped.
 
RL stuff happens and you can't be at your PS2/PC at all times so you have to afk every once in a while. How long was he afk for when this happened? And if he is not a constant afk'er I don't see why he would have to pass because he was afk this one time. And again if he is constantly afk he should of been booted from the shell before this even happened.
 
It was ninja lotted when he wasn't next in line for it and he was asked by the leaders to pass but "couldn't" which was obviously BS because if you can type and lot, you can pass.

This flame is over regardless.
 
And from I read he was next in line for the hat. If you were next in line and told to pass, regardless of who it was wouldn't you question that? And possibly not pass right away. If I know I'm next in line for something and someone told me to pass I ain't going to pass without a good explanation. But yes the whole "Lag" issue was a pretty bad excuse.
 
If I came back after not contibuting to the run at all and was asked to pass to someone who had been, I would not question the leaders decision. But everyone's different.
 
Ok just re-read the OP and he was AFK for an hour so that I can understand. Didn't realize it was for that long until now. If it had been 5-10 minutes only then that would of been different.
 
All the people doing the "leave Ferque along, cause you're not cool" thing hopefully understands I never asked anyone to harass the guy in game. Two nights in a row I passed a zone that he was in and people were getting on him in shouts. There's no lynch mob, people are just pissed and telling it to his face instead of in a place where he'll never see. I really don't think people are just doing it to be cool. Bandwagon, maybe. Awesome points? Nah. But hey, when you put all the facts out on the table about something like this, its going to make you pretty unwelcome in the server. What'd people expect?

And no, Myrrh didn't have to go on with that person. He sent a tell to Ferque. Albeit Kem was defending a friend, he or she sent a tell first. If they never did, Myrrh would have never had that conversation.

It doesn't matter if that was the case, lol. There was no "questioning" if there was. There was no "Why do I have to pass?" So even if he did DC just after he saw his name called, its unlikely everyone shouting to pass would have at least garnered a "How come?" instead of a bunch of typing about how he couldn't open his treasure pool, yeah?

Everyone's excuses fail. Don't try, lol. And if you want to get pissed off at people still bugging Ferque in game whether its them just trying to be "cool" or have genuine beef with him, be pissed off at me. I'm the one that made a flame full of win.

If your afk for an hour or more during any event you should not be able to come back right when a certain item drops and have a chance to lot it, because you contributed no effort to obtaining that item and should actually have to participate in the fight or run.

Not to mention being afk for so long and then magically coming back after the item you want is suspicious to begin with.

disbands about 2 mins after the hat drops, and magically dcs and comes back to lot the at the 4/5 mins remaining!
 
meh based on previous posts Ive seen about Ferque, the way he is, and what went down at Dynamis, alls I can say is hes getting what was coming to him. Seriously, you can't be an asshole to people and not expect to be treated like shit yourself.
In all honesty though, I kind of feel sorry for the bastard. In the last few days, I've seen him being harrased 3 times in Whitegate (twice on the same day). Not trying to defend him or anything, but people need to get off his nuts and stop telling others to not Port him just cuz he ninja lotted. I'm sure the reason for this flame was to warn shells and others of his ninja-lotting ways and whatnot. Yea, his reputation whenever he tries to join another shell is ruined.. but telling other people not to Teleport him? Come on >.>;
