quoted from Wiki "It is assumed that two points in these attributes correspond to one point of Magic Accuracy for related spells." So 1 pt. magic acc = 2 pts in MND
Hrm. This will be fun. You want to use wiki? Try to quote it properly please.
The total Slow % put on a mob, is directly based on your MND vs the Monsters MND.
If it only increases acc, then there would be a set Slow+% just like Elegy is. And in this case you do not see RDMs always casting SlowII with 39% Potency. And Slow with 25% Potency.
Here, so you may understand how Slow II and 1 works: "Taken from Wiki"
* Accuracy (rate at which the spell 'sticks') of this spell is most highly affected by Enfeebling Magic Skill, and secondly Magic Accuracy. Potency (The slow +X% inflicted on the enemy) is most highly affected by MND, but is thought to cap at around Slow +25%.
It's the same thing, except 39% on Slow II.
Slow II: * Each additional merit increases slow effect by 1 and magic accuracy by 2.
The effect is an direct 1% increase to Slow, on the Slow II merits.(This not in wiki, however extensive tests show this, not my tests, but several RDMs who are more veteran than I am.)
(that means you don't know what the fuck you're talking about). Learn the basics before you try flaming others.
Same thing, but, its being said to you. You do not know what the heck you're talking about, so before you attempt to flame others, please know your facts. Thanks, again.
Last Note: Yes, I should of reworded what I had said in the beginning, as to not confuse players about the melee debate.
