Um... Dejavu brought the tav subject into the flame. I am simply stating that it was and will always be an option to do the run. Will I do it not likely, as once a week dynamis is enough for me.

If monday's run wants to run tavnazia, then honestly they should do it on mondays without affecting people that are in friday's run(who did nothing in this situation). I really hope that TG and the rest of leadership in monday's run has a better conscience than that.

Actually no the desire to do it was always there however all of the reasons not to are quickly disappearing.

I have nothing against LOLD and I am in no way trying to say anything negative about them. I am just stating they the do joint runs with the Friday group and could very easily take in the potentially homeless.

Fair enough im home from work now. I asked about a year ago when people were still going to both runs if people like truegrave and myself who are otherwise occupied on fridays could run a third limitless dynamis run on thurs that would be am 18 man taz group and i was told by people within kaizen that it would be a bad idea to leech members from the friday runs as it would be unfair to the friday sponsor. However I do not believe that they would have any objection to my goals atm seeing as LOLD and limitless are doing joint runs on fridays most of the time neways and Lyall decided to shit where he eats. So my point is that it is would be very easy right now for kaizen to cut the strings from friday limitless and let it go completely and let us reform the group on thursday meaning in all probability in order to survive friday runs will have to completely merge with LOLD.

At the end of the day the people you are flaming are the people who own the LS you sponsor for and do einherjar in… Consequences suck and people seem to get butt hurt easily.

Ironically enough, everyone who's posted shit about Limitless has also agreed that the original flame in question was accurate. How did this become a Limitless discussion, especially from someone who's not a part of the runs?
 
What you're implying, Deja, is that the PERSON I flamed (not people, just Gains) is butthurt enough at criticism to allow everyone else to dismantle a separate shell. That wouldn't look petty at all, someone calls you on your bullshit so you bully them out. Kinda like what started the flame in the first place.

Agreed, why is Limitless being brought into the fray? Even IF they share a lot of members, if what Lyall and others said is true, and neither shell is supposed to affect the other, why does it matter if he flamed the "leader" of Kaizen?

White-knighting aside, it still dont make sense. If it was supposed to be some sort of threat towards you and the NB's, kind of a douchey move there. Then again, in my history of FFXI I have yet to hear a single good thing about Kaizen's leadership.
 
I guess its just co-incidence then that fridays run was cancelled as this drama all came down at Kiazen, whatever way you look at it if you have a good proprtion of members in one shell also in another shell some problems may carry over quite natuarlly by human nature. I've been a member of Limitless for over a year now its been a good shell to me and even after the pearl got made Limitlesss and friday runs decided to do northlands with lol.

Frankly I'm a bit concerned about the future of the dynamis runs on Mondays and Fridays (Yes I attend both days) I also do Einjar with Limitless and since there is a large number of Kaisen members there too I wonder about the future of that event too.
 
Ive been w/ limitless for almost 3 years and i would not like this to screw up friday runs, but most likely it will(and seemed to have started w/ the cancel of dyna-jeuno....even though we had enough people todo basic farming).

And like Cro I have been away from the game for a long time. So I can't say I had the "pleasure" of knowing these characters or the full depth of this drama. Only reason I'm even drudging into this shit is for the comments on Livvy. If you fucked up so bad that you ended up on Livvy's bad side then you not only fail at this game, but pretty much life in general.

Not that anyone remembers me or cares, but Livvy not liking you is all I need to know about you and your group. Carry on.

Back in my day, when we ragequit Kaizen, we had legit reasons for doing so, like items going to mules when peoples' mains could use them, or leadership having a grudge with you, or even having leadership being exposed as rotten cheaters. Quitting over not wanting to be in the shell most of the time, then making a flame about it? That's hilarious! I applaud your stupidity.

It sounds to me like you probably just never should have joined in the first place. You can't expect leaders to tell every single one of you to get in shell when something's about to happen. Whoever it was just sending a tell to one of you was the leaders' expressing frustration with you while still attempting to throw together the needed jobs for whatever event was going on. It sounds like since the merger they might have attempted to adjust to your style, but really couldn't by the time the shit hit the fan.

@ Trelution: The Livvy I knew, the one from the days of Fleist and SephirothzArmy, that was a kind, caring person, someone I would call a friend. The person named Livvy, the one that has been twisted by Kaizen for years, that one is a back-stabbing bitch.

@ Myrid: We didn't join the same Kaizen you joined. You joined a Kaizen that was a titan on Quetzalcoatl, one that made a successful run in HNMs before last year's Salvage duping bans. We joined an events shell that after setting 9+ months of precedent, tried to turn around and cram HNMs down our throats, not something we signed up for.
 
I dont pretend to know anything thats going on with this besides what I read here. I think this is totally blown out of proportion. Take out all the BS and he said she said stuff and you have a LS that is trying to trying to do HNM that previously wasnt doing it. To do this, you really do need people to full time the shell. When linkshells make this change there are always people that caught in the middle that dont want to do HNM. This looks like it was the OP and company. Thats really the story without all the extra BS. This has happened in every LS that ever tried to change from non-hnm to hnm.

I think its unfortunate that this happend to you all but its kinda the way it has to be if this is the direction the LS decides to go (whether the leadership is good, bad, whatever, doesnt matter)

The only thing that stuck out in whole thread was I never had a negative experience with Livvy. Always pleasant, known her for years. But to each thier own I suppose.

they have been on that pearl thing since the Acention days.
It truly was a great shell untill the garbage started showing up,
meast was just the first piece of shit, and it went down from there.

They toss pearls in the streets these days, that shell is just a name
now. It was crazy in the beggining of it all, like it was two secret
societys back then. Just mere whispers of the legendary Acention
and Dragonash. Shhh I'm just going back to the glory days.
Anyways yea the shell thing was stupid years ago, still is.

when I was offered a probation into kaizen about a year ago, they told me I had to drop my current dynamis shell and join limitless, at which point i politely declined.... Maybe they are supposed to be separate entities, but make no mistake, Kaizen exploited Limitless to recruit and test applicants and as well to furnish their members with low cost relics.... Nothing wrong with that, nothing at all.... but I do believe that the relationship is a little more complicated than policy states.
