Sorry to say Pomp but it is prob true, skilled has repeated that same little act with many girls (most have screenshots), that behavior and disrespect of his wife is why we Sek and I left the shell... (we were not kicked as some people were led to believe). The same behavior led to Sek and I fighting with Bigbroon and Baybeebroon when in reality skilled was the antagonist the whole time. Best to move on since he probably will run away to another server soon and change his name, a lot like when he left Bis for our server. Ladies just stay away, it's for the best I promise. I can only hope Jayy, Skilled's wife finds out everything he has been hiding from her.

Quit or changed servers. They had put in a lot of gil to making salvage gear, so I kinda doubt they would just quit.

Changed servers. They both came from another server, which wasn't their first, and Skilled told a few people he was switching again, possibly to Carbuncle. I doubt Skilled would quit ffxi for anything IRL, let alone salvage/other gear.

Was his wife notified that this thread was going on? I mean, not sure if its OUR business to do so, but if she is unaware, this cycle is just going to repeat itself where ever they end up again.
 
The fact that he's changing servers (or quitting, if thats the case) doesn't exactly make him look innocent, especially when its a known fact he's changed servers before. All seems pretty suspicious to me!

What's the point of trying to prove himself innocent or not? I'm sure if a certain act were to jeopardize my personal life, i'd leave regardless of the reason.

To me, it's not about being suspicious. This shit happens a lot in this game. He likes she and she likes she. Same BS all over again. I wouldn't be surprised anymore. The problem is, this could have been solved without this thread, in my opinion. It's unnecessary. A simple Blist could have solved this from the beginning.

Seems like they're all a bunch of noobs to me.

I don't think he should have gotten himself into a position where he needs to prove himself. And yeah, I agree with you; if my personal life was at risk because of FFXI, I wouldn't think twice about quitting. This being said, I'd still post in my own defence if I was in this position. Providing that I could defend myself, of course.

The issue here (and the point I'm making) isn't that he hasn't tried to defend himself, but that he's changed servers before. No one seems to know why he's changed server, which, when compared with whats happening here, makes it easy for people to make the connection.

I agree with you about this thread, too. I think its a pretty hefty accusation to make without providing any hard evidence. Although, I think, given the circumstances it seems likely that the way Skilled reacted is suspicous, as I previously mentioned.

And lol at the personal life stuff. I think if she's like this on an MMO then there's a whole lot more to their personal life than anything you guys can fathom.

I'd blame the OP's girlfriend more than anyone else. He can't *make* her do anything and the dude being flamed is in the wrong for "cheating" on his wife but the OP's girlfriend is the one who seems to be benefiting the most out of anyone.

I've given out more shit in this game than I can even remember, lent stuff I've never gotten back, It's a game, w.e., they're material goods, not tangible. But I feel bad for the RL situation this dudes wife is in, when he turns to a video game to hunt down "intimacy" over a phone.
