When you're desperate to take care of a family, you'll do anything. Including RMT. And I doubt people there actually "hack" web sites and auto-upload to people's computers whom use certain sites in discussion.
I think the programmers are here, who steal accounts, give the info to RMT over seas and they do the dirty work. I'm not saying it's right, but, between doing your job and not caring about someone's account which they can get back, feeding your family off $2.00 a day, or working at another sweat shop for 25 cents a day, which would you choose?
They know what they're doing, if I were in their position, hell yeah I would know it's wrong to take stolen account information, but when it came down to those 3 things, you bet I'd take your stuff. Is it the right decision morally? No it isn't.
And for all you flamming RMT stealing accounts, my post is only based off IF RMT actually were the thieves. For all we know it could be some 18 year old in CA hacking sites and keylogging people's information. And using RMT as a scapegoat. I've never seen an official article from SE stating that Chinese RMT were the ones stealing accounts, but what I have seen is SE charging a few people who lived in the US with stealing accounts. So if you don't know what you're saying is 100% fact, don't rail on speculation.
