And I mean serious. Its so serious that I've asked several people, and none of them had a good answer. And I need to know.

Why is it called a blowjob?

Wouldn't a blowjob mean you actually blow on it? I can't imagine sitting there blowing on the penis would do much good. And I can't imagine blowing air in to the urethra if is good under and circumstances.

Then I thought that perhaps it refers to what comes after the apparent "blowing", as in, the guy blows. Although then its not named correctly, since its not the person giving the blowjob that is blowing, its the person recieving it.

So the conclusion we've come with now, is that it just sounds better then suckjob.

What do you think? And I expect a serious discussion involving many sexual stories. Its a serious question, and I need serious answers to go with my serious morning tomorrow morning :ph34r:

On the contrary, if you're not givin' the lady some good, warm, streams of air you're not doin' all you could be to please her. Think of it like blowin' in an ear but not violently, that's stupid.
