I am all for everyone hunting Notorious Monsters. It is fun and rewarding.

But Keep in mind. If you don't have Treasure Hunter II, you are basically wasting a kill and helping raise the price on select Items.

And the rest of my NM resume looks about the same.

One of my closest friends is 0:8 on Valkrum Emperor. And a Mage... I know people that are 0:12 on Mysticmaker, 0:10 on Wyvernpoacher etc... those people are in the majority. And from what I see Thieves have at the worst, Half the score of the non thieves on average.

So my only point is, go out and kill it for fun, that's fine. but quit bitching you fucks. It's about supply and demand and you are hindering the demand.

I think he means to make sure you bring a THF with, or to stop bitching about the cost of these uber items.

If you are getting the drops and are not a THF, or you are not bitching about the cost of said items, this doesn't pertain to you.

But if you'd like to let the THFs have all the NMs, that's ok too. :lol:

Keep in mind, you have the Thief job too, it comes as a standard job. You can level it too.

Sorry, its easy for you to say since you are a high level thief and have TH2 with you on demand but for everyone else, it means dragging along someone else or leveling thief. Neither is it fare to demand every thief player to do so. They may be your friends but if you need the item and they have to spend all day camping with you for an item you need, where is their reward?

And its not like everyone has a trusty thief friend who wants to camp every NM with everyone. I know my thief friend helps me once in awhile but he's not going to camp for days on end so I can get everything I want. All you are doing is pointing the already obvious and making more people intersted in playing thief. Exactly what this server needs, more thiefs to the already over abundand supply.

Yeah, that's what I tough. I agree with the stop bitching about... part, but making the assumption that leaving NM camping to Thieves with TH2 (or to bring one so you don't "waist a pop") will drop the price of said item (more supply with TH2) is just hilarious!!!! It's like electing a president on the fact he promised to cut taxes!

eh.... Phraust is more of just the "quit your bitching" kinda route.. I dun think he really cares if you camp it with or without a THF XD

I am 5/9 on MysticMaker Profalatic.
4/6 on VE
and 1/1 on WyvernPoacher Snotalot

Most are with no TH, except for VE where I had /thf.

Now for a more accurate recouting

0/4 JEJ
1/13 LL
0/15 Ho Jo the torrent (used to think the mitts were 100% drop, but I dont even get that anymore :evil: )
0/5 Lou al Mei Deng
etc etc.

Keep in mind: Mysticmaker's and Wyvernpoacher's drops are Rare/Ex. I have an earrign but no Crossbow. Trusting helpful people exist. You'd be amazed. Most people play thief to go hunt shit, most do it for the hunt and not personal gain. most...

Based on the drop rates he displayed, and those that I have experienced myself, TH will help.

Whereas it can't hurt to have a THF with, no one is making rules here. :roll: Sheesh.

And I agree, this was mostly just to stop the complaining.
"Boo hoo, I didn't get the drop and the item is SO expensive!!"

haha!!! TH3 doesn't help at times.. I've dragged thieves with it to Bune and I'm STILL 0/47 on him
