elemental

I know this is kind of a longshot because I am sure most WWers already have a GSer they do business with, but I would like to offer the free cutting of elemental beads. This offer is mostly directed to the Woodworkers. I am currenly 83.6+2. So with synthesis support I will be capped.

So I'm trying to farm some clusters of all types for my corsair alt (just hit 40 last week ^^). Anyways, I've been trying to figure out which areas are good to farm elementals for a PLD67/RDM33. SO far I've though of the following areas: Light: Qufim Dark: Xarcbard Earth: easy, Tahrongi or the...

I'm not even sure if this goes here, as it's a fan video. 9NT6CElR36M

As the title suggests, I'm interested to know the exact effects of Elemental Staves on Bard songs. My Bard recently hit 51, and I swiftly replaced the Monster Signa with Light Staff and Earth Staff. Then it occured to me, that I didn't really know how the Elemental Staves actually affected Bard...

Opinions from BLMs? I've always used Elemental, but was curious if the Uggalepih Pendant would be an upgrade or something to consider doing a swap macro with?

Situation: Over the christmas break i forgot to check my Tree Saplings on 2 seperate occassions. Sunday i forgot to check em, then i forgot agian on tuesday. My question.. is my chance at getting elemental ore destroyed or is there still a chance? also i have a moghancment Gardening...

where are all the elemental NM's. i did a family check and it seems that one only elememntal NM's are quest related (chaos, magic sludge, the pld AF1 NM, ect). i read there was supposed to be a lvl 85 one in newton but uncomfirmed so says (the not always accurate) alla website. i love fighting...

I have had alot of ppl ask me what the hell are the cards for well, for those who dont like to read and do your homework heres the answer. Found on Playonline.com Games play an indispensable role in the lives of the corsairs, who use games to break the monotony of everyday life, to raise...

Anyone know if it's better to wear an obi over Penitent's Rope when casting elemental magic? I haven't had a chance to try my rarin obi, and am wondering if I should farm for the other seven obis. Thanks in advance.

i know Latent activates when using a WS that possesses same elemental as the gorgets , so i did pick snow gorgets to boost induration and distortion ws *Guillotine , Cross Reaper , Ground Strike and Spiral Hell* but i notes that Rampage can close distortion but ppl say it only work with soil...

Hi, I'm a Lv 48 Elvaan RDM on my way to Lv 51. (I also just returned to FFXI) I've read a few guides concerning Lv 51 Staves, and I want to know your own opinion: 1) Which Staff/wand I should equip when casting a certain Debuff (Paralyze, Dia, Silence). 2) Which Staves, or even wands, are...

Ok, I'm leveling up NIN a bit, and I know the Ni elemental wheel is great for holding hate. How useful is the Ichi wheel though? It seems almost pointless since there's hardly time between Utsusemi recasts to do the wheel. Any advice or tips?

I remember seeing a chart somewhere that showed which types of weather/elementals spawn in whatever zone, and how common they are (i.e in Qufim Island/Delkfutt's Lightning is common, and Light is rare, etc etc etc) Anyone have a link to a site? :)

Well in getting ready to fight Maat I will want to be leveling elemental magic soon. However I'm confused as to whether I can level my skill up as effectively on level 1 mob, as a level 50 one. I don't beleive that to be the case though. I'm pretty sure I'll need to fight mobs in correlation to...

What do you guys think, preferrably a blm who has all the elemental staves, because I use the ice staff mainly (Int +4 & Elemental Magic Skill +10) but I've heard people say using the staff that corresponds to the element increases dmg, however condunting tests on my own would be costly and I...

After dealing with the excessive bullshit resist gear collections in WoW, I remembered that items in FFXI actually do have elemental resist themselves. Is there a website or research to show how much resist you need to mitigate damage? I forgot which element Meteor was associated with but...

This is a good link for eles. http://webpages.charter.net/harv77/ffxi/

I have been saving money for a long long time to get elemental torque, i've done BCNM's, i've tried farming, i've spent days and days mining oldton, ifrits cauldron, even newton moval and i finally got together 1million gil. the AH prices are 1mil tops. WELL GUESS WHAT? I BID 1 MILLION AND I...

...did these become less important without someone telling me? It's gotten to the point where I'm in a party as a white mage and if I don't cast Frost and Shock, the black mage won't. Are they just not important anymore? Even when I'm playing as black mage (my current support job) I'm asked...

So I'm reaching that point where I'm going to be getting these staves... I want to make sure I'm maximizing what I can do with them. I think I'm just going braindead looking at too much internet descriptions while I'm at work. But can someoen help me with these questions? Many of the staves...
