Yes, this video is extremely disgusting, worse than the Iraqi beheadings, it is a third world country in Asia, its fur trade, this is how your fur coats, some clothing, leather, ect is farmed, in some parts it might be more humane, as in they actually kill the animal before skinning it. This video pissed me off on how someone could do that to a living defenseless animal, I mean damn, how could you bear to do that, atleast break your wrists or kill the animal with medicines or something before skinning it. Bastards

And once again, I apologize for my racist remarks at the beginning.

Whats going on in the video is wrong. But what Peta is doing with the video is also wrong. Peta is taking a video of racoons and dogs and other non-rabbit animals to tell you that you shouldn't shop at Wet Seal, because they sell rabbit fur. The two things are not even remotely related and PETA is misleading you into thinking that Wet Seal's employees are torturing animals.

This is exactly the same as saying something like "Walmart mistreats its employees" and then showing a video of somebody chopping up a baby with a meat cleaver, followed by more talk of how horribly walmart treats their employees" They are intentionally misleading people, and its wrong.

"Fur is Murder"? No, murder is murder, fur is sometimes animal cruelty, but murder is for people, if you put animals on the same level as people, you have too sheltered a life. But, yes, torturing animals is bad.

Personally I enjoyed the video. Gruesome = the win but the fact it was real and not made for t.v. leaves me wondering what to think about saving it... :oops:

In Ahoskie, NC which is very close to me, two PETA employees have been arrested for repeatedly throwing mass amounts of dead dogs and cats in a dumpster by a store. There same animals we're promised homes by PETA when they got them from shelters.

Read the thread before necroing and responding to the video. As someone I remember someone mentioning in it, that is not normal skinning procedure. PETA specifically paid them to do it like that for their video.
