There's a reason we have the phrase "driving while black." When the "inconvenience" targets a specific group over and over again for no other reason than skin color, it crosses well into the harassment zone.
And once again your side is basing an argument of what COULD happen but wont be the norm, much like the Black's case. Hey, I could get accused of a murder I didn't commit, should we do away with the illegalities of murder? I've once gotten a speeding ticket when I know damn good and well I wasn't speeding. I lost my fight and had to pay a little over $125 when it was all said and done. Should we do away with traffic laws? I'll answer for you, no, absolutely not. I'll go one up, because I don't like that whiney "I'm Black" horseshit, I've been pulled over for being "suspecious" by a black cop. He tore my truck up lookin' for something, anything to get me on while makin' a lot of rude comments as to where I was going, coming from, and up to. I guess I could say I see your "driving while black" and throw you a "driving while white".
Like I've said before. There are some asshat power-trippin' cops out there who will do this, but there will be more who service the law appropriately. When it becomes the norm for cops to pull over browns for being brown then hey, you'll have a case, but right now all I'm seeing is a cry of foul when nothing has even began and what your basing your cries on isn't even close to being a goddamn half-norm much less an epidemic. Again though, if you're doing no wrong you have nothing to fear. I'm not so sure what's so hard about this to understand. If a cop pulls over a Mexican for being brown and the Mexican is illegal he got what he deserved from leeching off my wallet, if he's legal he'll be on his way with some decent grounds for punitive monies.
